About

“Please come, and let’s reason together,” implores the Lord. “Even though your sins are like scarlet, they’ll be white like snow. Though they’re like crimson, they’ll become like wool.  If you’re willing and obedient, you’ll eat the best that the land produces; but if you refuse and rebel, you’ll be devoured by the sword, because the Lord has spoken.”

The above is from the Book of Isaiah (Chapter 1:18-20).  It is part of a subsection entitled “An Invitation to Reconciliation“.  It is God saying to all of us through the prophet Isaiah to repent and come to Him; to bring your mind, reason and intelligence with you.

I chose it for the title of this blog because it speaks to a problem I have seen in the world regarding faith in Christ.  It is the stereotype to consider christians or even anyone of any faith, to be mindless fanatics with no reason behind their belief.  This is the furthest thing from the truth for a believer.  In fact, if you’ve read your bible (something I suggest you do every day), you will see that God does not want blind faith but intelligent believing believers.

Use the mind God gave you.  Test every spirit, put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-20) so that you won’t fall for the short lived fads or even subtle doctrines that might sound good but for the fact that they aren’t biblical. Be like the Bereans and check that what you hear is in the scripture (the acts 17:11 principle).

To the left you will find links to various things.  The art gallery is still here and I still do tinker with 3Ds Max, but it isn’t the main focus of this site anymore.

I encourage you to visit some or all of the blogroll links.  I have found them instructional and insightful, I hope you will, too.
